(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구 여성센터가 오는 25일까지, 실습 중심의 육아참여 프로그램 ‘함께하는 육아 프로젝트 – 진짜 쉬운 아빠육아’에 참여할 가족을 모집한다.
여성센터에 따르면, 오는 9월까지 운영되는 이번 프로그램은 여성친화도시 특화사업으로, 3세부터 6세 자녀(2020~2023년생)를 둔 가정이 참여할 수 있다.
센터는 ‘처음이라 어려운 육아, 누구나 할 수 있다’를 주제로, 보호자가 일상 속에서 자녀와 자연스럽게 교감하며 육아에 참여할 수 있도록 프로그램을 구성했다.
특히, 아빠가 주도적으로 육아를 기획하고 실천해 보는 과정이 핵심으로, 가정 내 돌봄의 주체로서 역할을 경험할 수 있다.
먼저 참여 가정들에게는 비대면 방식(오픈채팅방)으로 주차별 과제가 주어진다.
이를 수행하면 가정에서 활용할 수 있는 놀이키트가 제공되며, 외출 준비 챙기기, 예방접종 일정 관리, 자녀 성향 이해 등 실생활 중심 과제로 구성돼 있다.
또, 오는 9월 6일 중간 과정으로 ‘보호자를 위한 성인지 감수성 향상 및 양성평등 교육’이 대면 형태로 진행되며, 교육 시간 동안 자녀는 유아체육 수업에 참여해 안전하고 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있다.
