박정현 충남 부여군수가 ‘기본사회 실현’의 제도적 전환점으로서 ‘국민총행복증진법’의 조속한 제정을 강력히 촉구했다.
박 군수는 지난 15일 서울 여의도 국회의원회관에서 열린 ‘기본사회 실현을 위한 국민총행복증진법 제정 토론회’에 종합토론자로 참여해, 삶의 질 중심의 정책 패러다임 전환을 역설했다.
이날 토론회는 국민총행복정책포럼(대표의원 이해식 의원), 행복실현지방정부협의회(상임회장 정원오), 국민총행복전환포럼이 공동으로 주최했으며, 국회의원과 정부 관계자, 학계, 지방자치단체 관계자 등 다양한 주체가 참여해 실현 가능한 정책 로드맵을 모색하는 자리가 됐다.
