[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창문화원은 지난 18일 샛별중학교 실내체육관에서 재학생 152명을 대상으로 ‘거창 역사문화 퀴즈 골든벨’ 행사를 성황리에 개최했다고 21일 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 청소년들에게 거창의 역사와 문화를 쉽고 재미있게 전달하고 향토 사랑을 고취하기 위한 행사로써, 퀴즈대회는 정시균 거창문화원 향토사 연구소 부소장의 사회로 진행됐다.
퀴즈 문제는 거창문화원 발간 『알기 쉬운 거창 역사』를 중심으로, 거창군 일반 상식과 샛별중학교 관련 내용까지 포함했다.
대회 결과, 샛별중학교 3학년 강 모 학생이 퀴즈왕에 올라 문화원장 상장과 함께 문화상품권 20만 원을 수상했다. 이 외에도 우수상 5명과 돌발퀴즈 정답자 5명에게 소정의 상품을 전달했다.
거창문화원 안철우 문화원장은 “이번 퀴즈 골든벨이 청소년들이 우리 고장의 소중한 역사 문화를 올바로 이해하는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
한편, 거창문화원은 앞으로도 지역 학생들을 위한 다양한 역사문화 프로그램을 꾸준히 추진해 나갈 예정이다.
