충남 서천군(군수 김기웅)이 ‘정책현답’에서 한발 더 나아간 현장 중심 소통행정 ‘일선현답(一線賢答)’을 본격화하며, 군정의 실효성과 내부 조직 역량 강화에 속도를 내고 있다.
김 군수는 지난 23일과 24일 양일간 장항읍과 마산면을 찾아 일선 행정복지센터와 주요 정책 현장을 직접 방문하고, 실무 직원들과의 소통에 주력했다.
‘일선현답’은 조직 내 최전선에서 군정을 수행하는 공무원들의 현실적인 고민과 제안을 듣고 이를 군정에 반영하기 위한 김기웅 군수의 구상이다. 이는 군수가 주기적으로 정책 현장을 점검해온 ‘정책현답’의 연장선으로, 이번에는 행정조직 내부에 초점을 맞춰 보다 세밀한 정책 개선과 유기적 조직 운영을 꾀하겠다는 의지를 담고 있다.
