이번 행사는 지역 혈액 수급 안정에 기여하기 위해 마련된 것으로, 남구 주민들과 남구청 직원들이 자발적으로 헌혈에 참여했다. 함께 전달된 라면은 관내 저소득 가정과 복지 사각지대에 놓인 이웃들에게 전달될 예정이다.
권오순 회장은 “뜻깊은 생명나눔 헌혈에 함께해주신 모든 분들께 감사드린다”며 “앞으로도 지역을 위한 나눔 활동에 지속적으로 앞장서겠다”고 밝혔다.
조재구 남구청장은 “이웃을 위한 따뜻한 마음에 깊이 감사드린다”며 “이러한 정성이 어려운 이웃들에게 큰 힘이 될 것”이라고 전했다.
천마라이온스는 평소에도 지역 내 봉사와 기부활동에 적극 참여하며, 더불어 사는 지역사회를 만들기 위한 다양한 활동을 이어오고 있다.
