브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 한국과 미국간 무역 협상 타결과 관련, 한국이 조성한 3500억달러(한화 486조원) 규모의 투자 펀드 수익금의 90%가 미국으로 향할 것이란 미국 측 발표에 대해 대통령실은 "재투자 개념일 것"이라고 해명했다.
31일 한미 협상 타결 내용을 살펴보면, 양국은 한국산 제품에 대한 상호관세를 앞서 예고했던 25%에서 15%로 낮추는 데 합의했다. 우리 정부는 대신 미국에 3500억달러(약 487조원) 규모의 전략산업 투자 펀드를 조성하고, 1000억달러(약 140조원) 상당의 액화천연가스(LNG) 등 에너지 제품을 수입하기로 했다.
