브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 2025년 임금교섭을 최종 타결했다고 6일 밝혔다.
이번 합의를 통해 회사는 기본급 2.5% 인상, 본사 근무자의 임금경쟁력 제고 및 출퇴근 지원을 위한 월 10만 원의 본사 교통비 신설을 결정했다.
아울러 2024년 12월 19일 대법원 전원합의체의 통상임금 판결 취지를 반영해, 총 7개 항목을 통상임금에 포함하기로 노사가 뜻을 모았다.
올해 임금교섭은 본교섭 결렬과 총파업 직전까지 이어지는 극한 대치 상황을 겪었으나, 노사 간 현재의 위기상황에 대한 공감대가 이뤄지면서 5차, 6차 실무교섭을 통해 실질적인 합의에 이르렀다.
대우건설 관계자는 “노사가 이번 합의를 통해 갈등을 해소하고 지속 가능한 상생의 노사관계를 향한 실질적인 진전을 이뤘다”며 “앞으로도 노사 간 한층 두터운 신뢰와 협력을 통해 위기 상황을 함께 돌파할 것이다”고 말했다.
