세종시교육청(세종교육청)이 9월 1일 자로 각급학교 교장·원장과 교감·원감 및 교육전문직원에 대한 정기 인사를 단행했다. 이번 인사 규모는 교장·원장 45명, 교감·원감 36명, 교육전문직원 47명 등 모두 128명이다.
시 교육청은 세종시교육청이 추진하는 3대 핵심 과제인 ▲기초학력 책임교육 강화 ▲생활·정서·학습 통합지원 ▲교육활동 중심 학교 구현을 효과적으로 실행하기 위한 적재적소 배치에 중점을 두고 인력을 재배치 했다.
이를 통해 세종시교육청은 학습격차 해소를 위한 기초학력 지원, 학생의 정서·생활을 지원하고 수업 중심 학교 운영을 실현할 관리자와 교육전문직원을 주요 보직에 전진 배치해 정책 실행력을 높이고자 했다는게 시교육청의 설명이다.
승진자를 보면 교육국장에 백윤희 학교정책과 과장을 ▲학교정책과장에 정종필 ▲교원인사과장 김삼헌▲교육원 교육연수부장에 최복락▲중등교육과 중등장학담당에 최선미 ▲교원인사과 유초등인사담당에 김동겸을 각각 발령했다.
한편, 9월 1일 자 인사 발령에 따른 교육공무원 임명장 수여식은 8월 27일에 본청 2층 대강당에서 열릴 예정이다.
