특히 2022년 전국 최초로 농업연수생 프로그램을 도입해 검증된 인력을 선발·육성했다. 그 결과, 무단이탈률 0% 유지, 농가 수요 인원 100% 충원, 유치 인원 820% 증가(2022년 60명→2024년 492명) 등 전국적으로 유례없는 성과를 기록하고 있다. 2025년 상반기에는 360명 유치, 올해 약 600명 유치 예상, 재입국률 65% 달성 등의 기록을 세웠다.
