전북자치도가 도민 참여로 조성된 기금을 미래세대 인재 장학금으로 환원한다.
김관영 전북도지사는 2일 청사 4층 회의실에서 사회협약 제1호인 '미래동행 장학사업' 협약을 체결했다.
협약식에는 강태창 사회협약위원회 위원장ㆍNH농협은행 김성훈 전북본부장ㆍ초록우산 구미희 전북지역본부장이 참석했으며 특별지정장학금 협약서 서명과 기념촬영 등의 순으로 진행됐다.
발전 기금은 전북특별자치도 출범을 기념해 道ㆍNH농협이 공동으로 1년 정기예금(이율 3.95%)로 출시한 예금(1,328명 = 388억)의 연평균 잔액 0.1%를 적립(발전기금 34,678천 원)하고 농협이 추가로 기탁(15,322천 원)한 금융상품 'NH 함께하는 전북특별자치도 성공 예금'을 통해 조성됐다.
기금은 공익목적으로 조성돼 기부금 처리만 가능하다.
