브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 조국혁신당 성비위 사건과 관련해 '2차 가해 논란'이 불거진 최강욱 교육연수원장에 대한 윤리감찰단 긴급 진상조사가 진행된다.
민주당은 4일 언론 공지를 통해 "정청래 대표가 최강욱 교육연수원장에 대해 윤리감찰단에 긴급 진상조사를 지시했다"고 밝혔다.
앞서 지난 4월 조국혁신당 소속의 한 당직자는 상급자에게 성추행을 당했다면서 경찰에 고소장을 제출한 바 있다.
이에 대해 최강욱 원장은 지난달 31일 열린 조국혁신당 대전·세종 정치아카데미에서 "당사자가 아니면 모르는 일 아니냐. 남 이야기 다 주워듣고서 지금 떠드는 것"이라며 "일단 정확하게 안 다음에 내가 판단하고 싸우는 건지, 아니면 정확하게 알지도 못하지만 그럴 것 같아 싸우는 건지부터 명확히 생각하고 하셨으면 좋겠다" 등의 발언을 했다.
특히 그는 "무슨 판단이 있어야지, 내가 보기엔 나는 누구누구가 좋은데 저 얘기하니까 저 말이 맞는 것 같다는 건 아니지 않냐"면서 "그건 개돼지의 생각이다. 나는 이해가 안 간다. 솔직히 말씀드려서 한 발짝 떨어져서 보는 사람으로서 이게 그렇게 죽고 살 일인가"라고 말하기도 했다.
