[브레이크뉴스 양주=김태영 기자] 경기도 양주시가 2026년 외국인 계절근로자 고용을 희망하는 농가를 대상으로 오는 9월과 10월 두 차례에 걸쳐 노무교육과 수요조사를 진행한다.
시에 따르면 노무교육은 9월 22일 오후 2시, 수요조사는 10월 17일 오후 2시에 각각 양주시 농업기술센터에서 열린다.
2026년 외국인 계절근로자 고용을 희망하는 농가는 두 일정 모두 참석해야 한다.
이번 교육에는 전문 노무사와 소방서, 관계 공무원 등이 참여해 ▲임금·산재보험 등 고용주의 의무 및 준수사항 ▲근로자 관리 시 유의점, 언어·문화 이해 교육 ▲근로자 숙소 안전 점검과 생활환경 개선 방안 등을 다룰 예정이다.
수요조사에서는 농가별 필요 인력을 조사해 정확한 배정과 효율적인 운영을 추진한다.
