'기본이 튼튼한 복지강국'이라는 슬로건 아래, 200여 명의 사회복지 관계자들이 참석해 그 의미를 더했다. 이번 행사는 '더 큰 거창, 군민 행복시대'를 목표로 거창군에서 처음 열린 사회복지의 날 기념식이라 더욱 뜻깊은 시간이었다.
