협의회에 따르면, 이번 총회에서는 ‘사립학교 교원 징계제도의 실효성 확보를 위한 법령 정비’ 등 6개 안건을 심의․의결하였고, ‘대입 개선을 위한 AI 서·논술형 평가시스템’에 대해 교육의제로 토의했다.
또, 기타 안건으로 지방교육재정 확보 및 교원정원 대책을 위한 심층 논의를 펼쳤다.
이번 총회의 주요 의결 사항은 다음과 같다.
○‘사립학교 교원 징계제도의 실효성 확보를 위한 법령 정비’ 안건
감사원은 `사교육카르텔' 관련 감사('23.8.30.~12.8.)를 통해 사교육업체에 문항을 판매하는 등 부당 이득을 취한 전국 교원 249명을 적발하고, 2025년 1월 해당 공·사립학교 교원에 대한 징계 등 후속 조치를 교육부 및 시·도교육청에 통보햇다.
