2025년 9월 17일부터 19일까지, 2025년 중국 경제 사회 포럼이 18일 시안에서 개최됐다.
국내외 귀빈 80여명들이 "문명 교류와 상호 학습을 심화하고 인류 운명 공동체를 함께 건설하자"는 주제로 심도 있는 교류를 가졌다.
전국정협 부주석 겸 비서장 겸 중국경제사회이사회 주석인 왕둥펑이 참석하여 기조연설을 통해 중국은 더 개방적인 자세로 세계를 포용하고, 더 활기찬 문명 성취를 이루어 세계에 기여할 것이며, 우호 협력의 실천자, 문명 상호 학습의 추진자, 인류 운명 공동체의 구축자가 되어 세계 각국과 함께 더 나은 미래를 열어갈 것이라고 밝혔다.
이창호 한중교류촉진위원회 위원장은 2023년부터 한국에서 유일하게 3년 차 공식 초청을 받았다.
