[노병한의 발레공연·감상후기]아우레아(Aurella) 발레단(대표 김민정, 한국발레학원협회장, 이하 발레단)은 10월 19일 이날 오후 '춤으로 빛나는 안양 발레 갈라 페스티벌'을 ‘안양아트센터-수리홀’에서 전 좌석 매진으로 성황리에 개최했다.

최대호 안양시장의 공연 축하 영상 메시지가 전해지고, 유찬모 사회자의 유머스러운 맨트와 함께, 오프닝 커튼콜로 시작된 공연은 관객석의 뜨거운 열기로 가득 찼다. 아우레아(Aurella) 발레단에 따르면 이번 공연은 메마른 도시의 일상에 안양시민들에게 예술의 숨결을 전하기 위해 ‘안양예술재단’의 전폭적인 지원에 힘입어 기획되었다고 한다.

한 편의 시(詩)처럼 아름다운 이야기로 안양을 물들인다는 컨셉으로 기획되고 진행되었다. 특히 '가을 별빛 안양을 춤추다'는 지역 예술가와 발레무용수가 함께 만든 감동의 무대였는데, 객석에서 뜨거운 갈채와 박수 그리고 연신 브라보가 터져 나왔다.

아우레아(Aurella) 발레단에서 올려 선보인 작품들은 ①스페인풍의 강렬한 리듬과 화려함이 돋보인 ‘돈키호테 中 키트리 친구들(김나영)’ ②화려한 베니스 카니발 속에서 기교와 매력을 뽐내는 ‘사타넬라 그랑 파드되(유찬재-안소라)’ ③우크라이나 전통춤을 활기차게 보여준 ’고팍(김연규)‘ ④춘향전을 발레로 재해석한 ‘춘향 파드되(황지원)’ ⑤스페인 집시 여인의 정열적인 사랑을 보여준 ’카르맨(배수빈)‘ ⑥돈키호테를 바탕으로 한 발레인 ’돈키호테 그랑 파드되(김세용-김효은)‘ ⑦인간과 인형의 경계를 유쾌하게 풀어낸 ’코펠리아 그랑 파드되(김유찬-강서연)’이었다.

발레단의 공연은 꿈과 열정, 그리고 관객을 향한 사랑으로 가득한 무용수에 아름다운 몸짓이 보는 관객들의 마음을 따뜻한 울림으로 채워주었고, 또 이 무대가 관객들의 기억 속에서 별빛처럼 오래도록 반짝이고 예술로 하나가 되는 특별한 순간으로 남았을 것으로 느겼다. 이런 기회가 다른 여러 지방자치단체의 시민들에게도 자주 주어졌었으면 좋겠다는 바람이다.
