(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 10월 22일부터 11월 5일까지 15일간 구정소식지 ‘계양산메아리’와 계양구청 카카오톡 채널에 대한 만족도 조사를 실시한다고 밝혔다.
계양구에 따르면, 이번 조사는 구정소식 서비스에 대한 구민의 의견을 폭넓게 수렴해 열린 홍보행정을 실현하고, 향후 콘텐츠 품질과 전달 방식을 개선하기 위해 실시된다.
조사는 설문지와 모바일 두 가지 방식으로 병행된다.
설문지는 12개 동 행정복지센터, 복지관, 여성회관, 계양문화센터 등을 이용하는 주민 1,500명을 대상으로, 모바일 조사는 카카오톡 채널 구독자를 대상으로 진행된다.
설문 항목은 계양산메아리의 인지도, 내용 만족도, 주요 정보 선호도, 우편 및 카카오톡 수신 인지 여부 등이며, 모바일 설문에서는 카카오톡 채널 유익성, 게시글 선호 주제, 적정 메시지 발송 횟수 등에 대한 의견을 받는다.

계양구에 따르면, 인구주택총조사는 5년마다 실시되는 국가 기본통계조사로, 가구 중 20%를 표본으로 선정해 내·외국인 현황과 주택 규모 및 특징을 파악해 정책 수립의 기초로 삼는 국가 통계조사이다.
