김해시가 선보인 이 시스템은 야외 행사장이나 산간 등 재난 취약지역에서 구난시설이나 대피장소를 찾기 어려워 발생했던 '안내 공백'을 획기적으로 해소했다는 점에서 높은 평가를 받았다.
