세종시교육청교육원(이하 세종교육원)은 ‘2025 연수, 특별한 감동의 날’을 열고 학교성장 자율기획 연수 운영 사례와 교사들의 학교 실천 사례 공유하는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다고 28일 밝혔다.
세종교육원에 따르면 이번 ‘2025 연수, 특별한 감동의 날 직무연수’는 관내 유·초·중등 희망 교원 및 교육전문직원 등 총 230명을 대상으로, 28일 오후 3시30분부터 6시30분까지 집합연수 형태로 진행됐다.
연수는 1부 ‘교사, 연수로 성장하다’,와 2부 학교, ‘연수로 성장하다‘로 구성됐다.
‘교사, 연수로 성장하다’에서는 직무연수 이수자와 학습연구년 특별연수 대상자들이 연수를 통해 성장한 경험과 이를 학교 현장에서 실천한 사례를 발표했다.
‘콘테츠크리에이터 연수, 현장에 적용하기’(발표자 세종이음학교 교사 윤세련)’ 등 총 10개의 사례 발표가 진행됐다. ‘학교, 연수로 성장하다’에서는 세종교육원이 특색사업으로 추진한 ‘학교성장 자율기획 연수’ 운영 경험과 적용 사례가 공유됐다.
학교공동체형 6개, 주제중심형 6개 총 12개의 학교가 참여했으며, ▲계절로 느끼는 생태놀이(고운유치원 교사 지혜) ▲함께 성장하는 수업, 함께 커가는 교사(소담중학교 교사 고정아) ▲초중통합학교 교사로 살아가기(산울중학교 교사 강현돌) 등 학교 현장의 생생한 사례가 발표됐다.
2부에서는 뮤지컬 배우 최정원과 출연진 3명이 함께하는 특별 강연 및 공연 ‘나를 찾아가는 성장이야기’가 펼쳐졌다. 아름다운 음악과 함께 도전을 통해 성장하는 삶의 이야기를 진솔하게 들려주어 참석자들에게 깊은 감동을 선사했다.
우태제 원장은 “연수, 특별한 감동의 날은 배움을 통해 성장하고 실천한 사례를 나누는 의미 있는 자리로, 선생님들의 멈추지 않는 성장을 지지하고 응원하는 시간이었다.”며 “앞으로도 연수 운영 사례 나눔을 통해 연수의 목적과 운영 방향을 돌아보고 현장 중심의 발전적인 교육원으로 거듭날 것.”이라고 강조했다.

The second part featured a special lecture and performance titled "Growth Stories Finding Myself," featuring musical actor Choi Jeong-won and three cast members. Accompanied by beautiful music, they shared heartfelt stories of growth through challenges, deeply moving the audience.
Director Woo Tae-je emphasized, "The training, a special day of inspiration, was a meaningful opportunity to share examples of growth and practice through learning, and it was a time to support and encourage the teachers' continued growth." He added, "We will continue to share training case studies to reflect on the purpose and direction of training, and strive to become a progressive, field-centered training center."
