[브레이크뉴스=이성용 기자] 경상남도(도지사 박완수)가 도민의 목소리를 정책에 직접 반영하기 위한 현장 중심의 소통 프로그램인 ‘도민 상생토크’를 밀양에서 개최하고, 지역 현안 해결을 위한 ‘열린 도정’ 실현에 나섰다.
경남도는 31일 밀양문화체육회관에서 박완수 도지사와 안병구 밀양시장을 비롯해 밀양시민 270여 명이 참석한 가운데, 밀양의 주요 현안과 정책 과제에 대해 격의 없는 대화를 나누는 시간을 가졌다.
‘도민 상생토크’는 도지사가 도민의 생활 현장을 직접 찾아가 불편 사항과 건의 사항을 경청하고, 이를 도정(道政) 운영에 신속하게 반영하기 위해 추진되는 핵심 소통 프로그램이다.
이날 행사에서는 경남도와 밀양시 관계자들이 시민들과 한자리에 마주 앉아 지역이 당면한 과제들을 함께 논의하며, 실질적인 해결 방안을 모색했다. 270여 명의 밀양시민들은 농업, 산업, 문화, 복지 등 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 평소 느끼던 애로사항과 발전적인 제안들을 도지사에게 직접 전달하며 적극적으로 소통했다.
