이번 관람 프로그램은 지난 5일부터 9일까지 5일간 경주화백컨벤션센터(HICO) 3층 본회의장에서 진행됐다. 당시 정상회의에 사용된 의자, 단상, 국기, 명패 등 주요 물품을 그대로 보존해 시민들이 실제 회의장의 분위기를 생생하게 느낄 수 있도록 구성됐다.
관람은 회차별 30분 단위로 운영됐으며, 1회 최대 150명까지 입장할 수 있었다. 경주시는 안전한 관람 환경을 위해 동선별 안내요원을 배치하고, 회의 진행 과정과 의전 절차를 소개하는 해설 프로그램도 함께 제공했다.
