김해시 채용박람회, 구인난 해소 희망의 불씨

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 지난 12일 김해체육관에서 개최한 '2025 김해시 내 꿈을 잡(JOB)아라 채용박람회'가 '지역 산업경쟁력 강화'와 '청년 희망 찾기'의 장으로 성황리에 막을 내렸다. 

500여 명의 구직자가 몰린 이번 박람회는 높은 현장 매칭률과 산·학·관 협력 모델을 통해 구인난에 시달리는 지역 기업들에게 실질적인 해법을 제시했다는 평가다.

이번 박람회에는 케이피항공산업㈜, ㈜휴롬, ㈜빙그레 김해공장 등 김해시의 핵심 산업을 이끌어가는 관내 우수 기업 51개사가 참여해 현장에서 다양한 직종의 면접을 진행했다. 현장에서 즉시 채용된 인원만 12명에 달하며, 119명이 2차 면접 대상으로 확정되는 등 '기업의 구인난 해소'와 '구직자의 빠른 취업'이 이루어졌다.
