부천시, 수능 후 청소년 유해환경 단속 및 청소년 ‘거리 상담’ 전개

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 지난 13일 부천역 북부광장에서 대학수학능력시험을 맞아 청소년 유해환경 집중단속과 유관기관 연합 ‘거리 상담’을 시행했다고 밝혔다.

부천시에 따르면, 이날 부천원미경찰서와 협력해 신변종 업소인 룸카페와 전자담배 판매점 등을 집중적으로 점검했다. 

특히 주류, 담배 등 유해 약물 판매 행위와 청소년 출입 및 고용금지 위반 사항을 중점 단속했으며, 위반 업소에 대해서는 현장 계도와 함께 재발 방지를 위한 안내 조치를 병행했다.

이번 단속은 부천시일시청소년쉼터를 중심으로 9개 기관이 협력해 ‘수능 대신 당신을 응원하다’를 주제로 거리 상담도 함께 진행했다. 

이에 따라 현장에서는 위기지원 상담, 정서지원 프로그램, 성인지 감수성 교육, 문화활동 프로그램, 노동인권 상담 등을 운영하고, 청소년들에게 먹거리도 제공했다.

박정옥 부천시 청년청소년과장은 “수능 이후 긴장과 스트레스에서 벗어난 청소년들이 일탈에 노출되지 않도록, 안전한 환경을 조성하는 데 집중하겠다”며 “단속과 예방 활동, 상담 지원을 지속적으로 강화하겠다”고 말했다.

부천시는 앞으로도 청소년 유해환경 점검과 청소년 지원기관 운영을 통해 청소년이 안심하고 생활할 수 있는 건강한 사회 분위기 조성에 힘쓸 계획이다.
