 이번 행사는 8·9급 공무원 19명이 참여한 가운데, 교육장과 실무자 간의 격의 없는 소통을 통해 세대간의 이해를 높이고 현장의 다양한 목소리를 직접 청취하기 위해 마련되었다.

참석자들은 오찬 간담회를 시작으로 자유로운 분위기 속에서 공직 생활의 애로사항과 조직문화 개선에 대한 의견을 나눴다. 이어 의림지 수변 산책로를 함께 산책하고, 의림지 역사·문화 탐방 미션을 결합해 재미와 의미를 더했다. 또‘속마음 밸런스 게임’ 등 참여형 프로그램을 통해 자연스럽게 서로의 생각을 공유하고 공감대를 형성하는 시간을 가졌다. 또 실제 공직사회에서 겪을 수 있는 상황을 주제로 한 대화를 통해 갑질 예방과 상호존중의 중요성에 대해 공감하는 계기가 되었다.
