【브레이크뉴스 영덕】박영재 기자=영덕군 지역사회보장협의체는 18일 영덕군청 제1회의실에서 제9기 대표협의체 위원 18명이 참석한 가운데 ‘2025년 제3차 지역사회보장대표협의체 회의’를 열고 내년도 복지정책 방향과 중점 추진 과제를 논의했다.

이날 회의에서는 △2025년 제1차 추가경정예산 보고 △협의체 운영 현황 보고 등 3건의 보고 안건과 △2025년 연차별 시행계획 변경안 △2026년 영덕군 사회복지기금 운용계획안 △2026년 연차별 시행계획 수립안 등 3건의 심의 안건이 다뤄졌다.
협의체는 제5기 지역사회보장계획을 체계적으로 추진하기 위한 2025년도 연차별 시행계획안을 의결하고, ‘함께 일구어 가는 살기 좋은 영덕’을 목표로 군민 복지 체감도 향상과 민관 협력 기반 강화에 초점을 둔 세부 사업을 확정했다.
특히 내년에는 고독사 예방을 위한 스마트 돌봄 시스템 확대, 행복경로당 운영 확대 등을 포함한 9개 추진 전략과 34개 세부 사업에 약 51억 원을 투입해 복지 사각지대 해소와 돌봄 체계 강화에 주력할 계획이다.
이희원 민간위원장은 “지역 복지 현안을 함께 점검하고 실질적인 실행계획을 마련한 의미 있는 자리였다”며 “민·관이 힘을 모아 지속 가능한 복지공동체를 만들어가겠다”고 말했다.
김광열 영덕군수는 “현장 중심의 복지정책을 통해 군민이 체감할 수 있는 대안적 복지행정을 실현하고, 모두가 존엄과 인권을 보호받는 촘촘한 사회안전망을 구축하겠다”고 강조했다.
한편, 영덕군 지역사회보장협의체는 다음 달 19일 영덕 로하스수산식품지원센터에서 ‘2025년 지역사회보장협의체 활동 보고회’를 열어 한 해 성과를 공유하고 우수 협의체 및 위원에 대한 표창을 진행할 예정이다.

Meanwhile, the Yeongdeok County Community Security Council plans to hold a ‘2025 Community Security Council Activity Report’ at the Yeongdeok Rohas Fisheries and Food Support Center on the 19th of next month to share the year’s achievements and award commendations to outstanding council members and committee members.
