[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 민주평화통일자문회의 김해시협의회(회장 박병국)가 지난 18일 김해시청 대회의실에서 제22기 자문위원 107명을 위촉하고 공식 출범식을 개최하며, 향후 2년간 한반도 평화와 통일 기반 조성을 위한 활동에 돌입했다.
이날 출범식에는 홍태용 김해시장(대행기관장), 관내 유관기관장, 그리고 새로 위촉된 자문위원 등 주요 인사들이 참석해 제22기 협의회 활동에 대한 기대감을 표했다.
대행기관장 자격으로 참석한 홍태용 김해시장은 이재명 의장(대통령)을 대신하여 제22기 자문위원 107명에게 위촉장을 직접 전수했다. 자문위원들은 앞으로 평화통일 정책에 대한 자문·건의와 함께 지역 내 통일 여론을 수렴하는 역할을 수행하게 된다.
