경주시에 따르면 김 총리는 이날 오전 9시 30분께 시청에 도착해, 중국 출장 중인 주낙영 시장을 대신해 송호준 부시장의 영접을 받았다. 이후 APEC 관련 실무 부서를 차례로 찾아 직원들의 노고를 챙겼다.
