회의에서는 먼저 27일부터 29일까지 서울과 경주에서 열리는 ‘경상북도 투자대회’ 및 글로벌비전 서밋의 추진 현황이 보고됐다. 이번 행사는 아·태 20개국 정부와 기업 관계자가 참여해 포럼, 투자환경 설명회, MOU 체결 등을 진행하는 ‘포스트 APEC’ 후속 사업으로, 지역 투자 유치 확대에 대한 기대가 모인다.
이어 농촌활력과는 다음 달 22일 개최 예정인 ‘2026년 경주형 마을만들기 행복농촌포럼’ 준비 상황을 공유했다. 마을만들기 사업 참여를 희망하는 주민을 대상으로 정책 방향 공유, 우수 사례 발표, 연극형 교육 프로그램 등을 운영해 현장 실행력을 높일 계획이며, 약 200명이 참석할 전망이다.
