【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=경상북도교육청이 오는 28일 구미코 메인홀에서 도내 초·중·고 교원을 대상으로 ‘2025년 경북 AI 교육 윤리와 미래 인재 AI 교육 포럼’을 개최한다.
이번 행사는 생성형 AI 시대를 맞아 교사가 수업과 평가, 학생의 AI 활용 지도에 적용할 윤리 기준을 마련하고, 교원의 AI 활용 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다. 포럼은 대구경북인터넷기자협회가 후원한다.
이날 포럼은 기조연설, 주제강연, 현장 중심 종합토론 순으로 진행된다. 조용민 언바운드랩데브 대표가 ‘AI 시대 인재, 핵심은 이것이다’를 주제로 산업 환경 변화와 미래 인재가 갖춰야 할 역량을 소개한다.
이어 변순용 서울교육대학교 교수가 ‘생성형 AI의 윤리와 리터러시’ 발표를 통해 AI 기반 수업과 평가 과정에서 교사가 고민해야 할 윤리 기준과 학생 지도 원칙을 설명한다.
종합토론에는 조용민 대표와 변순용 교수, 손유경 물야중학교 교장, 학부모 대표 김지미, 학생 대표가 참여한다. 이들은 학생 AI 활용 지도 기준, AI 기반 평가 변화, 학교 차원의 대응, 학부모의 우려와 요구 등 학교 현장에서 마주하는 과제들에 대해 다양한 시각에서 논의할 예정이다. 교사·학부모·학생이 함께 참여하는 토론인 만큼 현장감과 실효성이 높을 것이라는 전망이다.
교육청은 포럼에서 논의된 내용을 교원 직무연수와 연계해 실천 중심의 지원체계를 구축할 계획이다. 현장에서 곧바로 사용할 수 있는 AI 기반 수업 설계 기준과 윤리지침을 마련해 교사의 전문성을 높인다는 구상이다.
교육청 관계자는 “AI 윤리와 리터러시는 이제 선택이 아니라 교사의 필수 역량”이라며 “포럼 결과를 바탕으로 현장 적용이 가능한 연수와 지원 체계로 발전시켜, 실질적인 변화를 만들어 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
경북교육청은 이번 포럼을 계기로 교원의 AI 활용 능력을 강화하고, 안정적인 AI 교육 기반을 마련하는 데 박차를 가할 계획이다. 동시에, 장기적으로는 학생들의 미래 역량을 높이는 지역 특화형 AI 교육 모델 개발에도 속도를 낼 방침이다.

The Office of Education plans to establish a practice-oriented support system by linking the forum's discussions to teacher training. The goal is to develop AI-based lesson design standards and ethical guidelines that can be immediately applied in the field, thereby enhancing teacher professionalism.
An Office of Education official stated, "AI ethics and literacy are no longer optional but essential competencies for teachers. Based on the forum's findings, we will develop practical training and support systems that can be applied in the field, thereby creating tangible change."
The Gyeongbuk Office of Education plans to use this forum as an opportunity to strengthen teachers' AI capabilities and accelerate the establishment of a stable foundation for AI education.
