【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=달성군 유가읍이 오는 28일 테크노폴리스 중앙공원 일원에서 '제2회 달빛 크리스마스 페스타'를 연다.
행사는 평균 연령 37.3세로 젊은 인구가 많은 유가읍의 특성을 살려, 젊은층을 겨냥한 다양한 콘텐츠로 진행된다. 유가읍 상가가 밀집한 ‘달빛거리’에는 화려한 크리스마스 조명과 세련된 조형물이 설치되면서 연말 분위기를 한껏 높일 예정이다. 조명은 내년 2월 말까지 운영된다.
메인 공연과 체험 프로그램은 28일 오후 5시 30분부터 9시까지 테크노폴리스 중앙공원에서 진행된다. 달성군실버합창단의 무대를 시작으로 지역 청소년들의 공연, 어린이 체험 프로그램 등 다채로운 행사가 이어진다. 오후 7시에는 크리스마스 조명 점등식이 열리고, 뒤이어 황가람, 남성성악앙상블 ‘BOS’, 청년밴드 ‘아워파티’가 축제 분위기를 더한다.
이날 지역 상가 19개 업체가 후원하는 경품 추첨도 진행된다. 총 500만 원 상당의 상품권 등 다양한 경품이 마련돼 참가자들에게 푸짐한 즐거움을 선사할 예정이다.
김성진 유가읍장은 “지난해 첫 행사에서 지역 상권과 주민들이 큰 호응을 보여줬다”며, “올해 두 번째로 열리는 이 페스타는 유가읍의 활기찬 이미지를 알리고 지역 상권에도 힘이 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.
