전북자치도 익산시가 교육부 주관 '교육발전특구 시범 지역 운영 성과관리 평가'에서 성과를 인정받아 최대 5억 원의 추가 사업비를 확보한 가운데 25일 원광대학교 프라임관 컨퍼런스홀에서 '지방 소멸 시대의 교육 전환 포럼'을 개최했다.
