【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구 남구가 2025년 하반기 적극행정 우수공무원으로 8명을 뽑았다. 최우수 1명, 우수 1명, 장려 6명이 선정됐으며, 이번 선발에서는 창의성과 전문성을 갖춘 적극행정 사례들이 두각을 나타냈다.
남구는 지난달 전 직원을 대상으로 총 16건의 우수사례를 공모해 창의적인 행정 성과를 발굴했다. 이어 남구 적극행정위원회가 1차 심사를 통해 상위 5건을 가려내고, 발표와 질의응답 절차를 거쳐 최종적으로 우수공무원 8명을 확정했다.
최우수상은 ‘쓰레기 12톤 청소 비결이 밝혀진다! 대명9동에서 온 이승사자단’에게 돌아갔고, 우수상에는 ‘디지털 지적을 통한 숨은 땅 발굴 프로젝트’가 선정됐다. 이 밖에 ‘대구 남구 검정고시반 운영’, ‘남구 행사 협업 행정 효율 향상’, ‘책으로 함께 성장하는 북스타트 확대 운영’ 등 네 건이 장려상에 이름을 올렸다.
선정된 직원들에게는 포상금과 포상휴가가 주어진다. 또 우수사례들은 카드뉴스와 사례집으로 제작돼 전파될 예정이다.
조재구 남구청장은 “이제 행정의 본질은 절차의 효율성을 넘어서, 주민들이 체감할 수 있는 혜택을 만드는 것”이라며 “앞으로도 모든 공직자가 적극행정을 통해 지역의 문제를 해결하고, 꼭 필요한 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Daegu Nam-gu District has selected eight outstanding civil servants for proactive administration in the second half of 2025. One grand prize winner, one excellent award winner, and six commendation awards were given. Four other projects received commendation awards: "Operating a Daegu Nam-gu Qualification Exam Preparation Class," "Improving Administrative Efficiency through Nam-gu Event Collaboration," and "Expanding Bookstart: Growing Together Through Books."
Selected employees will receive rewards and vacation time. Furthermore, best practices will be published in card news and casebooks and disseminated.
Nam-gu Mayor Cho Jae-gu stated, "The essence of administration now goes beyond procedural efficiency to creating tangible benefits for residents." He added, "We will continue to actively support all public officials so they can proactively address local issues and provide essential services through proactive administration."
