이번 기탁은 부산 강서구에 본사를 둔 신성중공업이 김해시 대동첨단산업단지 내에 제2공장 건립을 기념하며 지역사회에 감사와 이웃사랑을 전하기 위해 마련됐다. 2008년 설립된 산업용 기계 제조업체인 신성중공업은 새로운 생산 거점을 김해에 마련했다.
