【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=청주시는 5일 상당구 미원면 옥화자연휴양림(운암옥화길 140)에 산림레포츠 시설인 ‘옥화 짚트랙’을 조성하고 준공식을 개최했다.
옥화 짚라인 앞에서 진행된 행사에는 이범석 청주시장 등 시 관계자와 청주시의회 의장 및 의원, 미원면 주민 등 100여명이 참석해 청주지역 최초 산림레포츠 시설의 준공을 축하했다.
특히 기념행사와 함께 무사고 기원제도 진행해 모든 이용객의 안전을 기원하고 안전한 시설 관리 및 운영을 다짐하는 시간을 가졌다.
짚트랙은 산림 지형의 낙차를 활용한 동력식 짚라인 시설이다. 시는 사업비 19억8천만원을 투입해 높이 약 5m, 연장 333m에 이르는 짚트랙을 설치했다.
