[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 '관 주도' 복지 전달 체계를 벗어나 주민들이 직접 이웃의 행복을 디자인하는 '김해형 주민주도 복지사업'의 성공 모델을 공유하며, 8일 시청 대회의실에서 ‘2025년 우리동네 행복복지사업 우수사례 발표회’를 개최하고, 주민들의 자발적 참여로 추진된 70여 개의 생활밀착형 복지 서비스를 공개했다.
'우리동네 행복복지사업'은 19개 읍면동이 각 지역의 '마을복지계획 수립 추진단'을 중심으로 움직이는 복지 혁신 모델이다. 추진단은 지역사회보장협의체 위원, 지역 주민, 복지 전문가 등으로 구성되어, 마을의 복지 문제를 행정기관이 아닌 주민 스스로 발굴하고 해결 방안을 모색하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다.
