[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 유엔(UN)의 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)를 지역 특성에 맞게 재해석한 김해형 지속가능발전목표(G-SDGs)를 단순한 구호가 아닌, 시민의 삶 속에 깊숙이 뿌리내리는 데 성공했다.
김해시는 11일 시청 소회의실에서 2025년 김해시지속가능발전협의회 성과공유회를 개최하고, 한 해 동안 협의회와 시민단체들이 현장에서 직접 실천한 생활 밀착형 지속가능발전 모델을 공유하며 인식 확산과 공감대 형성에 박차를 가했다.
성과공유회 1부에서는 시민과 단체가 주도한 공모 사업과 마을만들기 사업 성과가 발표되었다. 특히 환경, 자원순환, 공동체 회복 등 다양한 분야에서 실현된 창의적인 아이디어들이 주목받았다.
2025년 지속가능발전 공모사업에 선정된 6개 사업인 ▲(사)김해색동어머니회의 ‘에코 스쿨 온 더 고’ ▲예술공간예닮의 ‘동상할미 요리교실’ ▲김해기독교청년회의 ‘Earth & Us – 쓰레기 네비게이션편’ ▲배움과성장교육연구소의 ‘나도 재활용 마스터’ ▲자연치유기획단의 ‘작은 플라스틱 뚜껑의 큰 희망’ ▲진영문화네트워크의 ‘진영 어린이 달콤한 탐험대’와 마을만들기 사업으로 선정된 한림 시호1구마을의 ‘이야기 꽃’ 함께 가꾸는 시호1구 마을에 대한 성과 발표로 환경·자원순환·교육·공동체 회복을 아우르는 다양한 지속가능발전 실천사업을 공유했다.

이시우 지속가능발전협의회 상임회장은 “2025년은 공모사업과 분과 실천사업이 시민의 일상 속에서 구체적인 변화로 이어진 의미 있는 한 해였다”며 “환경·경제·복지 등 전 영역에서 시민이 직접 기획하고 실천한 사업들이 김해시 지속가능발전 정책을 견인하는 핵심 동력이 될 수 있도록 더욱 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
