<브레이크뉴스 홍천=김일웅 기자> 엔지니어링공제조합(이사장 이재완)은 15일 홍천군청을 방문해 이웃돕기 성금 1천만 원을 기탁했다.
이번 성금은 연말을 맞아 지역 내 어려운 이웃을 돕기 위해 마련된 것으로, 전달식에는 엔지니어링공제조합 관계자와 홍천군 관계자들이 함께했다.
이재완 이사장은 “연말을 맞아 어려운 이웃들이 따뜻하고 행복한 겨울을 보내길 바라는 마음으로 성금을 기탁했다”며 “작은 정성이지만 도움이 필요한 분들께 힘이 되길 바라며, 모두가 다가오는 새해를 희망 속에서 맞이하길 바란다”고 말했다.
한편 이날 전달된 성금은 강원사회복지공동모금회를 통해 관내 기초생활수급자와 저소득층 가정 등 취약계층 지원에 사용될 예정이다.
