최민호 세종특별자치시장이 16일 시청 집현실에서 열린 간부회의에서 내년도 주요업무계획 수립과 관련해 “시민이 시정 방향을 보다 쉽게 이해하고 직접 체감할 수 있도록 실·국 간 사업 연계를 강화하라”고 지시했다.
최 시장은 “각 실·국이 개별 사업을 추진하다 보니 주요업무계획의 체계와 편제가 다를 수 있다”고 지적하며, “부서 간 협력이 필요한 사업들을 하나의 핵심 현안으로 묶어 시민들이 한눈에 볼 수 있도록 주요업무계획 책자를 재구성하라”고 당부했다.
세종시는 지난달 20일부터 이달 15일까지 실·국별 업무보고회를 완료했으며, 내년 초 시민과 언론을 대상으로 주요업무계획 브리핑을 열어 시정 추진 방향을 공유할 예정이다.
