박용익 회장은 “지역 내 소외된 이웃들이 사랑과 정이 담긴 흰떡을 드시고 따듯한 겨울을 보내시길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 주변에 취약계층에 관심을 두고 다양한 나눔 활동을 이어가겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 생거진천 카네이션클럽은 홀몸 어르신 생신연과 이불 세탁사업, 명절 선물 전달 등을 통해 소외된 어르신들에게 사랑과 나눔을 실천하고 있다.
