이번에 부과된 자동차세는 12월 1일 현재 군에 등록된 자동차, 이륜차, 건설기계가 부과 대상이다.
납세의무자는 과세기준일(12월 1일) 현재의 등록원부상 소유자이며, 16일부터 오는 31일까지 납부하면 된다.
납부 방법은 고지서에 표기된 가상계좌 또는 지방세입 계좌, ARS를 이용한 신용카드, 인터넷 위택스를 통해 납부할 수 있으며, 전국 금융기관의 현금 입․출금기 (ATM, CD)에서 신용카드로도 납부할 수 있다.
