[브레이크뉴스=박찬호 기자] 경남신용보증재단이 단순 자문을 넘어 실질적 성과를 만들어내는 소상공인 컨설팅 모델을 정착시키고 있다.
경남신보는 지난 16일 재단 본점에서 ‘2025년 소상공인 종합지원사업 우수 컨설턴트 시상식’을 열고, 현장 성과가 검증된 컨설팅 사례를 공유했다. 이번 행사는 우수 컨설턴트에 대한 포상에 그치지 않고, 성과 사례를 향후 컨설팅 운영과 경영지도 사업 전반에 반영하기 위해 마련됐다.
경남신보는 올해 도내 소상공인 827개 업체를 대상으로 총 2,677회의 현장 맞춤형 컨설팅을 진행하며 성과 중심의 비금융 지원체계를 구축했다. 컨설팅은 경영진단과 마케팅, 세무·노무·법률 등으로 세분화해 업종별 특성과 경영 여건을 반영한 실행형 지원에 초점을 맞췄다.

이효근 이사장은 “소상공인 컨설팅은 금융 지원을 보완하는 핵심 비금융 수단”이라며 “우수 사례를 내년도 컨설팅 운영과 교육 프로그램에 적극 반영해 체감 성과를 높이겠다”고 말했다.
