【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 18일 군청 재난안전상황실에서 겨울철 화재 대비 통합지원본부 토론 훈련을 실시한다고 밝혔다.
이번 훈련은 겨울철 난방기기 사용 증가로 화재 위험이 높아지는 시기를 맞아, 실제 상황을 가정한 시나리오 중심의 토론 훈련으로 진행된다.
훈련은 지역 내 아파트에서 온열기 과열로 화재가 발생한 상황을 가정해, 초기 대응부터 현장 지원, 부서 간 협업 체계까지 전반적인 재난 대응 능력을 점검하는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
훈련에는 재난안전과를 비롯한 통합지원본부 실무반 9개 부서, 총 15명이 참여한다.
참석자들은 상황판단 회의를 통해 재난 발생 시 의사결정 과정을 점검하고, 재난 현장 통합지원본부의 설치·운영 절차를 비롯해 실무반별 임무와 역할을 숙지한다.
또한 현장 지원 협조 방안과 인명피해 최소화를 위한 대응 전략을 중심으로 심도 있는 토론을 진행할 예정이다
군 관계자는 “재난은 예고 없이 발생하는 만큼, 평소 반복적인 훈련과 점검이 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “상시 대응 역량을 강화해 군민의 생명과 재산을 보호하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
한편, 군은 행정안전부가 주관한 2024년 지역안전지수 평가 6개 분야 중 화재, 생활안전, 감염병 분야에서 1등급을 달성했으며, 재난관리평가에서도 5년 연속 우수기관으로 선정돼 ‘안전 도시’로서의 위상을 대외적으로 입증받고 있다.

Jeungpyeong County, North Chungcheong Province, announced on the 18th that it will hold a winter fire preparedness integrated support headquarters discussion training at the county office's disaster safety situation room.

Meanwhile, the military achieved a top grade in the fire, life safety, and infectious disease categories among the six categories in the 2024 Regional Safety Index evaluation conducted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety. Furthermore, the military has been recognized as an excellent organization in the disaster management evaluation for five consecutive years, demonstrating its status as a "safe city."
