올 한 해 마지막 날인 31일 오후 2시부터 9시까지 진행될 예정인 축제는 해넘이가 예상되는 오후 5시 30분을 전후로 가족과 연인이 함께 산책을 즐기며 감상할 수 있도록 다양한 볼거리와 공연ㆍ프로그램이 준비돼 있다.
식전 행사로 변산 지역 난타팀 '바람꽃난타'와 농악단 '천둥소리'가 흥겨운 서막을 열어 분위기를 한껏 고조시킨 뒤 3인조 팝페라그룹 '라오니엘'이 무대에 오른다.
