창원특례시는 19일 마산합포구 월영광장에서 (사)부마민주항쟁기념사업회가 주관하고 부마민주항쟁기념재단이 후원한 ‘부마민주항쟁 상징 조형물 이전 제막식’을 성황리에 개최했다.
