【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구시교육청이 사립고등학교장의 학교 운영 역량 강화를 위해 맞춤형 연수를 실시했다.
대구시교육청은 22일 오후 2시, 시교육청 동관 7층 대회의실에서 대구 지역 사립고등학교장 49명을 대상으로 ‘사립학교장 학사운영 역량 강화 전달 연수’를 진행했다.
이번 연수는 사립학교장들이 학사 운영 전반을 더 잘 이해하고, 책임감 있게 학교를 운영할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 연수에는 중등교육과, 감사관, 생활인성교육과, 회계정보과, 학교운영과, 교육시설과 등 총 6개 부서가 참여했다. 각 부서는 학교생활기록부와 평가 관리, 교원 인사 및 복무, 감사 사례 및 유의사항, 성인지 감수성과 아동학대 예방, 개인정보 보호, 학교 시설 안전 관리 등 다양한 주제로 강의를 진행했다.
특히 실제 학교 현장에서 자주 발생하는 문제를 중심으로 관련 기준과 절차를 꼼꼼하게 안내했다. 또한, 질의응답 시간을 통해 학교장들이 평소 현장에서 겪는 궁금증을 해소하는 데 힘썼다.
이와 함께 청렴하고 책임 있는 학교 운영을 위한 핵심 점검사항도 공유됐다.
강은희 대구시교육감은 “학교장은 학생과 교직원, 학부모 모두가 신뢰할 수 있는 교육환경을 만드는 핵심 역할을 맡고 있다”며 “이번 연수를 통해 사립학교도 본연의 교육 역할을 안정적으로 수행하고, 책임 있는 학교 운영 문화가 정착되길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
