한대희 군포시장 예비후보가 결선 진출 확정 직후인 지난 20일, ‘군포시노인장기요양기관연합회’ 임원진과 정책 간담회를 갖고 현장 중심의 돌봄 정책 행보를 이어갔다.
이번 간담회는 앞선 사회복지 분야 정책 간담회에 이어, 노인장기요양 현장의 애로사항을 청취하고 실효성 있는 대안을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다. 이날 연합회 측은 ‘돌봄통합지원법’ 시행에 발맞춰 ▲민·관·의료 협력 네트워크 구축 ▲종사자 권익 보호 및 처우 개선 ▲시설 환경 개선 및 운영비 지원 등 3대 핵심 과제를 제안했다.

한대희 후보는 “통합돌봄의 성공은 의료, 요양, 일상 돌봄, 주거 지원이 유기적으로 공급되는 협력 네트워크 구축에 달려 있다”며, “제안해 주신 정책들을 면밀히 검토해 시정에 적극 반영하겠다”고 화답했다.
아울러 한 후보는 현장에서 헌신하는 돌봄 종사자들에 대한 각별한 관심을 드러냈다. “현장의 헌신적인 노력이 정당한 대우로 이어질 수 있도록 종사자 처우 개선과 보호 체계 마련에 힘쓰겠다”며 “어르신과 종사자 모두가 행복한 ‘통합돌봄 선도 도시 군포’를 만들겠다”고 포부를 밝혔다.
