【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 지난 20일 음성문화예술회관에서 2025년 음성군 안팎 청년들 2기의 활동 성과를 공유하고 청년 간 교류를 활성화하기 위해 청년 소통 간담회를 개최했다.
음성군 청년센터 ‘청년대로’가 주관한 이번 행사에는 ‘음성군 안팎 청년들 2기’ 참여자와 지역 청년 등 40여 명이 함께했다.
이날 행사는 △청년 참여기구(안팎 청년들 2기) 7개 팀의 청년정책 제안 사업 발표 △우수정책 시상식 △레크리에이션 등 청년들 간의 자유로운 친목 교류 프로그램 순으로 진행됐다.
지역 청년과 청년 공무원이 한 팀을 이뤄 운영되는 음성군 청년 참여기구 ‘안팎 청년들’은 지난 상반기에 31명으로 ‘2기’를 출범했다. 이들은 취·창업, 주거·생활, 복지·문화, 참여·권리 등 4개 분야에서 정책연구 활동을 하여 17개의 청년정책 과제를 발굴했다.
7개팀의 제안사업 발표를 통해 서면 심사 점수와 현장 발표 심사 점수를 합산해 우수정책을 선정했다.
최우수상에는 ‘음성군 청년정책 박람회 개최 사업’(팀명 집단지성), 우수상에는 ‘음성군 청년활동 포인트제 사업’(팀명 청소기), 장려상에는 ‘음성 청년들을 위한 진정한 청년센터 방안 사업’(팀명 음성귀환)이 수상의 영예를 얻었다.
군은 이번에 제안된 사업들에 대해 향후 추진 가능성을 검토하여 군정에 적극 반영할 계획이다.
이어 진행된 2부 행사에서는 레크리에이션 등을 통해 청년들이 서로의 화합과 친목을 다지는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다.
군 관계자는 “청년들이 직접 고민하고 발굴한 정책들이야말로 ‘청년이 살기 좋은 음성’을 만드는 밑거름이 될 것”이라며 “오늘 제안된 참신한 아이디어들이 실제 정책으로 실현될 수 있도록 검토해 체감도 높은 청년정책을 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
한편 군은 청년정책 수립 과정에 청년들의 목소리를 현실적으로 반영하고 활발한 소통을 이어가기 위해, 2026년 활동할 청년 참여기구 ‘음성군 안팎 청년들 3기’ 구성을 준비하고 있다.

A military official stated, "The policies directly conceived and developed by young people will lay the foundation for creating a 'Eumseong City where young people can live well.'"
