【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군은 증평남하1지구(251필지, 20만2086㎡)를 2026년도 지적재조사사업 대상지구로 선정하고, 실시계획을 수립했다고 밝혔다.
지적재조사사업은 실제 토지 현황과 일치하지 않는 지적공부를 바로잡아 토지소유자의 재산권을 보호하고 토지이용의 효율성을 높이기 위한 국책사업으로, ‘지적재조사에 관한 특별법’에 따라 2012년부터 2030년까지 단계적으로 추진되고 있다.
군은 공람·공고, 찾아가는 주민설명회 등을 통해 토지소유자 및 이해관계인의 의견을 수렴하고, 토지소유자 총수 및 면적의 3분의 2 이상 동의를 얻어 지적재조사 지구로 최종 지정할 방침이다.
이후 지적재조사 측량, 경계설정 협의, 의견제출 및 이의신청, 지적공부 작성, 조정금 산정 등의 절차를 거쳐 2027년 12월까지 완료할 계획이다.
군 관계자는 “지적재조사는 토지의 경계를 명확히 하고, 이웃 간 경계분쟁이나 건축물의 경계 저촉 등 오랜 불편을 해소해 토지의 이용가치를 높일 수 있는 사업”이라며 “토지소유자 여러분의 적극적인 관심과 협조를 부탁드린다”고 말했다.

Jeungpyeong County, North Chungcheong Province, announced that it has selected Jeungpyeong Namha District 1 (251 lots, 202,086㎡) as the target area for the 2026 Cadastral Resurvey Project and has established an implementation plan.
The Cadastral Resurvey Project is a national initiative designed to protect landowners' property rights and improve land use efficiency by correcting inconsistent cadastral records. Pursuant to the Special Act on Cadastral Resurvey, the project is being implemented in phases from 2012 to 2030.
The county plans to collect feedback from landowners and stakeholders through public notices, public hearings, and on-site information sessions. The final designation as a Cadastral Resurvey District will require the consent of at least two-thirds of the total number of landowners and the land area.
The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2027, following procedures such as a land resurvey, boundary delineation consultation, submission of opinions and objections, preparation of a land register, and calculation of adjustment fees.
A county official stated, "The land resurvey will clarify land boundaries and resolve long-standing inconveniences such as boundary disputes between neighbors and building boundary conflicts, thereby enhancing the usability of land. We ask for the active interest and cooperation of all landowners."
