【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군이 금왕읍 농촌중심지 활성화 사업의 핵심 거점시설인 ‘금빛공감센터’의 내년 2월 준공을 앞두고 막바지 공정 점검에 속도를 내고 있다.
조병옥 음성군수는 26일 금빛공감센터 건립 현장을 찾아 공사 진행 상황과 안전관리 실태를 직접 확인하고, 준공 및 운영 준비 상황을 종합 점검했다.
이날 조 군수는 주요 공정별 추진 현황과 시설별 운영 계획을 보고 받고, 주민들이 이용하게 될 내부 시설의 품질관리 강화와 동절기 안전사고 예방에 만전을 기해달라고 당부했다.
금빛공감센터는 총 249억 원을 투입해 금왕읍 무극리 98-7번지 일원에 건립 중인 연면적 4772.2㎡, 지상 4층 규모의 복합 커뮤니티 시설로, 생활편의, 가족복지, 청소년 활동 기능을 한곳에 집약된 시설로 조성 중이다.
1층에는 주민들의 숙원이었던 공공목욕탕과 카페가 들어서며, 2층은 가족 상담 및 돌봄 프로그램 운영실, 생활체육 및 여가 공간으로 꾸며진다. 3층·4층은 청소년센터가 들어서 학습, 동아리 활동은 물론 진로·학습 지원, 상담 및 체험활동 등 청소년 특화 프로그램이 단계적으로 운영될 예정이다.
이 센터의 준공 예정일은 당초 2025년 12월 31에서 2026년 2월 25일로 변경됐다.
