파주시 금촌3동 금촌호남향우회가 지역 내 어려운 이웃을 위한 따뜻한 나눔을 실천했다.
금촌호남향우회는 지난 23일 금촌동 지역 내 취약계층을 돕기 위해 한우사골국물 600개를 전달했다고 밝혔다.
이날 나눔 행사는 금촌3동 행정복지센터에서 기탁식을 가진 후, 향우회 회원들이 직접 독거노인과 저소득 가정을 방문해 물품을 전달하는 방식으로 진행됐다.

회원들의 자발적인 성금으로 마련된 이번 나눔은 지역사회에 따뜻한 정을 전하는 뜻깊은 시간이 됐다.
금촌호남향우회는 평소 회원 간 친목 도모는 물론, 이웃 돕기와 봉사활동 등 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 펼치며 지역사회 상생에 앞장서 왔다.
윤재식 금촌호남향우회장은 "작은 정성이지만 어려운 이웃들에게 도움이 되길 바라는 마음으로 매년 나눔 활동을 이어가고 있다"며 "앞으로도 지역사회와 함께하는 향우회가 되도록 노력하겠다"고 말했다.
